I only went there once. It was legendary, but the volume kinda scared me. I can't remember the girl I saw, but I think she rushed cleanup before me, and her legs were sticky. Well I'm not a weekly or monthly patron at that over there, but the times I've been there including late last year up in the attic it always seemed like a business transaction to them. Luckys has been around forever, and trust me, cops go there too. The East Bay place was in a quiet neighborhood, and they were too high profile. Chances anyone gets convicted with anything? Likely 0. Maybe trafficking, but that's something your average John has to sweat.
True to a degree but like anything people if they cry enough will make something happen. Look at GM and that was in a strip mall. Doesn't matter who goes there its a matter of time.. Any place that abuses anything will get caught up. There used to a place in Berkeley busy area that eventually got shutdown. You bring enough noise and it brings it upon itself. They will also get it for other things. There is a reason stuff is called utr. Even Redbook got popped, for what tax evasion. Then they look at trafficking or other stuff. Don't get it twisted, but to each its own.. I doubt many guys want to get caught up in it. Whether it affects family or their job. Just imagine even though you get caught up in it and the news happens to be there cause they want to prove a point. Your face posted on the news even if you didn't 'get convicted would have damage you can't undue.
