Oh I'm sure the management has changed! Different faces all around. I visited a few weeks ago. It was my go to place for the level of service I desire, but since Mimi left months ago, it has slid down deeply.

$. for HJ? why would you ever? I have to assume that was paid before the deed. Even so, that's excessive. You can always add to the tip after the fact if the experience was exceptional. Doesn't sound like this is a place for exceptional experiences.
