There is a Yum Yum on Street Rd, not far from York... depends on your definition of "near" is. But it is weird to use that as a reference for location of that spa.

The CVS at the corner of York and County Line Road is the former site of Yum Yum’s before they moved over to Street Road. Even if the OP assumed it was still there, not exactly the best point of reference for this spa.

This place is definitely been weird after it changed ownership. After the departure of Tina /Alice due to medical problems the place changed hands and it's never been the very good

I remember that location - it closed over a decade ago. If this is the intended reference, you're right "not the best reference" due to the fact it no longer exists and that's ignoring that it is nearly a mile away.
