I’ve been ignored by both. LKP has a well written explanation and assurances that they know everyone has different verification needs (paraphrasing) but they’d work with everyone. Emphasis on how you communicate with them, respectfully, as a measure of character etc. I sent all their initial ID requests (not as much as I expected) with a well written & respectful note about a week ago and have heard nothing. Maybe it’s unrealistic to hear in a week but after reading their blurb about good communication, I guess I expected at least a ‘we’ll be in touch, it’s very busy’. Nada.
