Just throwing in my comment, I have no specific knowledge of this place. But I can say, a few places I have gone to where they are "strictly therapeutic" use the DIY as a test. 2x in my mongering career DIY and then a closely spaced return visit led to more options. If you refuse DIY they perhaps think you are LE trying to entrap. As always YMMV.
