This has been my experience since they opened. Have been there 2 times with different providers and after the second time I scratched them off my list for good. Location is okay and convenient parking, although not as discreet as you may think. Other than that not worth it in my opinion.

There are all of the apartments looking down on the parking lot/back door. Yes not very discreet as one may think.

Meh, this place is as discrete as it gets. Nobody is filing a complaint. All commercial properties

Cosign, I live in the area, I can assure you the last thing folks over here are worried about is what's going on in a vacant parking lot, with the LIE literally right next to it. You hear semis day & night, they're oblivious to activity. The most action that strip got was from the gym, and it's closed

You might be right but who the hell spends their time looking out the window into an empty parking lot and the back entrance to a line of businesses? Not the best view IMO
