The edit option disappears really fast. The issue for you is that you might not get review credit, and that's the whole point. You could try self-reporting your post and ask for the phone number to be added to the review. Or you could just write a new review with the info. But they say they will ban people who write to ask why their review was rejected, so you don't want to do that.
