How do you negotiate a lower fee, I always want to do with providers I want to see again but afraid to offend them.

Simple, you don't
maybe after repeat visits, but I would assume if someone wants me to do my job -25% pay I'd tell them off as well.

I didn’t negotiate. We hit it off, sometimes it not always about the $$$.

Don’t get me wrong it usually is about the money lol (about 99% of the time), but compatibility can lead to providers wanting you to be repeat customers.

I’ve never initiated these conversations, but there are always nonverbal cues that can lead you say ‘I’d love to see you again, but...’

And so on. I guess my advice would be, don’t be a dick, treat every provider with respect, ask them what they want (be a good lover), and you’d be surprised (or not surprised) what you can get in return.
