I ran into that out here in NM. I was at the apartment complex and she wanted a deposit but hell, give me the number and I can give the whole amount cash. She went off about no cash. I left, it was uncomfortable and felt wrong.

Yeah, it was a red flag, but indie massage providers are unicorns anymore, so figured I'd take the gamble and just stay frosty going about it. I've used Venmo for 2 established providers in the past, but always AFTER the session.
