We need to form some kind of mongers's union and boycott places like this until they come around. And we need to recruit the unaffiliated mongers to join us - Hoffa style. recently what worked for me is that i lay the tip on the table at the beginning of the session, if the provider choose to they will do what they feel comfortable doing... often they only provide diy is because the tip is too low & monger is asking for too much service

My move is I tuck a few bills between my twig and berries. They get me standing at attention and the money falls out and it's theirs.
