Truth is that some reports of X,Y,Z issue are true and some are false. Most cases of being late up to I'd say half hour are usually due to late customers.
If it really were an issue with you being double booked they would have told you straight up told you the actual time IMO and would have been like hey how about X girl instead. I have had to wait 10 - 15 mins sometimes and they were pretty spot on with how long I would have to wait.
What some people don't take into account is the customer before you. Sometimes they get customers that really are too big/go too hard and the girl needs to recover. This would be my guess as they kept saying a bit longer. I would never hold anything against a provider who could not handle my size or duration. Lena was sensitive to my pace. I had to keep it slow. So she is someone more sensitive there would be my guess. When a girl needs to rest that place...it is not realistic to get a realistic time for her to be able to jump back in the saddle.
And it sucks that you had to wait an hour your first time there. But every place I've been to more than 15 times I've had to wait 30 mins or more at least one time. So if I was like well, make me wait 30 mins or more one time and I am done with you...well, i wouldn't be going to most of the best places in NYC. (I know you said 1 hr).
At 2 of the best places that are no longer in NYC...maybe even the one for the best reputation of all time for not having late appointments...I waited 30 mins for my girl to eat dinner first (rice one time and fish the other time).
I've also had girls grab me from the waiting from after waiting for only 5 mins there. Maybe it is the girl. Maybe it is the mms being busy on the phone or dealing with something else. Maybe it is sugar coating.

I completely agree with this assessment. I had one, without calling out the name, whom MMS just said was running late, but the girl later admitted she had diarrhea, she was worried about disgracing herself, and had to wait for it to pass before cleaning herself properly. Shit happens (fine, pun intended). Sometimes the MMS fucks up and sometimes she is just covering for the girl.
It is nice to be compassionate and understanding, but this is a business. This man was on his lunch hour. If there are problems, they need to be addressed previous to your arrival and appointment time, and not five minutes before, at least an hour before. Yes girls get tired, or banged hard. That's the time for you to receive a call to cancel or reschedule. It is irresponsible and bad business for any client to show up and be left in a room alone for an hour wondering what is up. Even worse for the MMS to ghost you. I would have left after ten minutes. What happens when you show up late? It is taken away from your time. Whether the woman had diarrhea, required food, was tired, or banged to hard, that is between her and the house. The client is there for and paying handsomely for , his pleasure not the houses problems. You should be shielded from the inner workings at all times. The MMS is there to coordinate. That is her job. Let's keep this real, it is all about the customer, their money and their satisfaction. IMHO, they were derelict in this particular instance. I scanned both BG and JK they seem to have a crossover of women, clearly they are connected somehow?
