It's not unpredictable when it comes to Blues Latina. The base price never includes BBBJ and they always charge extra for it. The phone manager will straight up tell you that BBBJ is extra before you go in.

The one thing that puts them above a fasthouse is that a fasthouse tries to get you out as soon as possible. When I saw Mercedes she was ready to give me every last minute. At first she wanted to go through the positions quick. But after she found out she was in for the long haul she was fine with it.
It is good to have options where you don't have to pay for services you don't want.
