I was told the same thing but told her that's not what I was told over phone. She was fine with it.

Some strictly TM places like Ocean Heights massage in SP charge an additional 10 to use the shower stall for DIY shower. Lavender may have heard of this practice and are following suit. Or it could be that their landlord has beg submetering their water usage to cut their costs. Lavender is already economical as a HE only place and its only 10 bucks which I doubt your provider is keeping. Go with the flow

Sounds like a way to raise prices without technically raising prices. Reminds me of when a five dollar Chinese buffet started charging a dollar for sodas.
