the sign has been there since December, and there have been cars there that long too. So I think they’ve been open for longer than a week. Another monger reported Jenny from Mei Ling works there now

maybe I’ve been at it too long, because i can now make excuses for them….and i that vein, it seems to me that ‘grand opening’ is a term that falls into the category of convenient or deliberate. translation confusion. Isn’t it grand (exciting) that we are open, so it must be a grand opening.
