And you are correct, Lily is spectacular.

It seems to be the on going theme for this place give then your money and hope for the best... The beg and bargain over and over might as well have a girlfriend

I agree. I usually like to give the tip up front when I know the rates because 1. It eliminates the dreaded haggling/negotiations/pausing the action to get the tip. And 2. So that they know that YOU know what the deal is, that you're a regular customer and you know what to expect.
