A terrible session indeed. Thankfully when I contacted KG, I passed at the opportunity to see Clara. Hopefully moving forward it’s not so bad. Do you think they’ll make it up to you somehow.

So the guy I spoke with about this session initially was accommodating, saying that he will provide a discount for future visits. But I learned that they can’t handle negative reviews whether on the girl or spa. I was clear this review wasn’t about the KG. I tried to make another reservation and he outright said no deal so I’ve lost a bunch of faith here. He said the discount was so I wouldn’t write a review but he never mentioned anything about reviews!! He said I was a good customer before so the discount was what he could have done but obviously it had nothing to do with customer satisfaction. Long story short, don’t pay them upfront and if the girls ask, you know they are probably bad.

WOW! Thanks for this update. KG is great but whoever is manning the phones is a liar, knows nothing about customer service, and needs to go. We foot the bill here. Thank you for standing up for your rights as a consumer.

I sort of agree on this. I didnt know it was a guy since i only texted them, but now i sort of understand the attitude. I have nothing against guys working as pps, but their attitude is different, more accommodating

Thank you for you honest review and I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. I've use KG in the past with issues and had good sessions. Hara is one of my ATF. I've had bad session in the past with some other spas, and I try to only see ladies that have a history of positive reviews, even though that is still not a guarantee. Your review will move KG lower on my list until they show that there providers are good.
