i have done the 4H before when places are slow and you can get away with one HF and double tip. Sometimes its been great, other times awful. The best was the thereapeutic center of westfield by the post office (closed down by the town about 5 years ago). If they were slow the other girl would come in and even if you didn't have enough for a full double tip would help out. And, they knew what they were doing and worked together as a team. Sometimes the best 4H's are the unexpected ones.

at some places if they are not busy you can get away with 1HF for two girls as long as you are willing to pay two tips, and run the risk of one of them being called away if someone comes in for them.
