After a half-dozen visits, I concur with your observations: consistently quality therapeutic massage but uneven time management. Always with an appointment, half the time I'm postponed -- either a callback or greeted in the lobby and asked to return in five minutes. Bit of a downer, really. And they do seem to get a fair number of walk-ins, from what I overhear from the treatment room.

I didn't realize how long it has been since I went here. They were still doing temp checks. I called ahead and was told to come in. Got there and was met by a short woman at the inner door. She did the temp check and was about to take me in. A tall hot to me blonde came to the door and said "busy, come back tomorrow". I haven't had the heart to try again.
Anyone know who the blonde was. I would have loved to have her as a provider.
