I wonder if this is the same Sunny I saw last August.
She also seems to be the MMS/team leader, the one who signs people in and did the temp checks/hand decon.
She certainly didn't seem 60 to me at that time; I put her age in the 40s.
And she certainly didn't offer HE nor OTC roaming - she offered nothing, and made me wash my own junk in the TS.
She gave me an excellent massage, but that was it.
Could be that she wasn't familiar enough with me to trust that I wasn't LE.
Other reviewers here have indicated that the menu opens up more when Sunny isn't around, but that the menu shortens considerably when she is in the shop.
