C orgs just use bunch of random photos that have almost no semblance of the girl, but they've generally had good looking girls. Service quality on the other hand varied greatly from one to another...

Like what Ray said, the pictures are usually from random models they find. The girls are usually hit or miss. Sometimes you’ll get a cute girl in her 20s and sometimes you might get a complete bait and switch. Service is a little lacking compared to K orgs and their business model is to get you in and out as soon as possible. I usually refer to them as “Chinese Take Out” since it’s fast and cheap.
