That said, I love Karla. Most of the time this place doesn't get good reviews but I've found that being a spanish speaker and all the girls here being latinas, it helps a ton. They've gotten quite fond of me and treat me super nice. Karla is one of my favorites here.

My experience with this spa summed up in general. Once I showed up, waited in the room 5 minutes, then got told the provider had to leave and I wouldn’t be able to get my massage. Second time I set up an appointment, I went outside the building, texted/called and got no response whatsoever for 15-20 minutes, so I left. She didn’t message me until an hour and a half later asking “you coming?”
