People are just pissed they can not get an appointment or are not smart enough to figure out what number to call. Karina has been around since she worked in 660 Easton Now closed. Y would she need a fake review. There are 10 or more other people working who no one but the regular customers know about. As for Sonia reviews, She has been around for 3 or 4 yeras. So once again , SOUR GRAPES with the people questioning the reviews.I can tell you the place asks no one for reviews. The only request is not to use fowl language and not to put the address or direct phone # on line. . A few of you guys have nothing better to do than bash bash bash .
IMWATCHING, I applaud you for speaking out. Is all about the enjoyment and not about sour grapes and bash lashers. Enjoy the weekend and if you not happy with a place or Indy, say your reasons and move on. We are all here to look out for each other with valid information. What works for others might not work for you and vice versa.

Well, if we crucify other providers for fake reviews advertising their own services, why wouldn't the manager be subject to the same backlash?
Especially when IMWATCHING then hops on and pretends everybody is "sour grapes" when he knows damn well where he screwed up and still can't acknowledge it...

Last fake review was in 2008 when they just opened. They had to get on the map because people like you kept putting the place down . I guess there are 15 fake accounts with reviews of Sonia and Karina. If I am who u say I am it may be because the manager WAS BANNED FOR ASKING that the reviews were edited with no childish language. Since everyone is saying no new customers, whats the point of putting up fake reviews of girls who have been here for years who have many many regular clients. Makes 0000 sence . They do not need to beg for customers. So you post what you want and what you think. EVERYONE is entitled to their own opinion. Your wont help or hurt a place that has been around since 2008. If you were a regular you could see the staff page and the other 10 people who work there with no reviews. Think what makes you happy.
The only accountability an owner has is to his customers. To keep prices fair and in this business , his staff better than the next place. Having to bow down to people who have never put a foot in the door, or never intend to is a waist of time. There are not enough hours in the day to pay bills make a schedule, hire staff, answer phones , and keep a place going for 13 years. But I guess there is always time to defend what you worked for. If thats a temper tantrum so b it. May b you can cut and paist a few posts where he cursed people out or went ballistic. If you can find them , I m sure he would apologies

And there IS a responsibility to the customers. You could have simply said you do not want any reviews of your business on this board, and admins have always been agreeable to that. BUT. That would have hurt business.
So you decided that, since this board doesn’t operate within the confines of your boundaries in terms of reviews, that the issues the establishment faced which is ALSO a cost of doing business in this industry, was the fault of those giving you free advertising.
This would be the equivalent of my doing an exceptional hvac project on a customers home, and then blaming THEM when they referred me to a pain in the ass neighbor. And it was ok to be emotional and frustrated in the moment, I suppose. But you’re continuing to defend the position. If business is so good without the board, simply request no reviews be posted and that’s that.
