So it seems you want this to be an utr private club, which is of course your right. But I don't think you have a right to dictate a rule change about contact information on reviews. Reviews are to pass along information including phone and location, not to be a newsletter for club regulars.

I am not sure if this is a good recommendation or not. But if you read past reviews and send a Private Message to the OP and ask for help that may be a better way of going about things.
That would be my course of action if the need to visit comes along.
