If the donation is listed in the Private Details we are not allowed to tell you. Two options you have
1- Send a PM to the OP. If he feels comfortable he may tell you.
2- Attain the status that is required to see Private Details. So you may need to write a second review to accomplish that.
Besides donation amount and level of service should not be discussed in a public forum. Because if you do anybody can see it.
