Irrelevant to your statistics it still doesn't make a difference. She's a provider that does bbj's knowing full well that she obviously has active herpes due to the fact of her medication. Simply stated if she knows she has herpes, everything she should be doing should be protected if she's going to be in this business. Irrelevant to how many people may have this std, there's no reason to perpetuate the cycle . Statistically speaking though, predominantly the people who do have herpes in whatever form have it in a dormant stage and it could stay dormant for their entire life. If it is dormant, viral suppression medication would not be necessary, as it would not be necessary to take this consistently and put unnecessary stress on your liver. There are probably a lot of mongers that do have herpes in one form or another, but that doesn't mean if we have information about a provider that we feel would assist those who don't have it, it shouldn't be mentioned and discussed on an open forum as I've done. There is nothing you can say to defend this woman. Redundantly speaking, if she knows she has something and wants to work in this profession, she should at least make a cognizant effort to only use protection and not offer uncovered services to make more money and put her clients at risk. I digress.
