70+50 = 120 ( a little extra )
70+70 = 140 ( a little more )

Popular providers are able to push the envelope to 150 or higher
but that's the exception rather than the rule in CT.

I'd say that in the mid-level spots, it may be available but certainly not required.
If you're just looking for a rub and tug, they'll be happy to accomodate you.

The high-end GFE places that run 280-320 are a different story.
I wouldn't go there if you're just looking for a standard R&T
