I haven't personally met Ayana. Her screening is weird - the only gal who I've found to be unresponsive throughout the screening process...but I think she has a handful of loyalists who keep her afloat.

Then I really have no clue what the deal is. It's rare I don't know something like this lol. Oh well I'm of the belief that competition is good. You won't see me complaining about having more Korean chicks in the game.
