I have known Lisa since the old days of Downingtown Apple Spa. There, a TS was automatic and she was good at it. So don't be afraid to ask. To me the TS is always the best ice breaker and best way to develop a quick comfort level with each other. Take the TS even if you just showered a short time before arriving---as I do on almost every spa visit.
