This place has been a consistent disappointment. They advertise one thing and deliver another. I've been there once myself, with a very similar experience. I walked in another time and left without getting a massage based on the reception. They get a lot of reviews like yours. They must figure they are going to rip each of us off once. Seems like a bad business model, but they are still there, so...
