There are plenty of reviews for this facility to level set your expectations. You tipped very high for "good service". Your "No" recommendation (in your own admittance) was because you went in with too high of expectations. Perhaps next time you should do some research and visit a place that has reviews reflecting what you expect, instead of going to a facility which clearly does not provide the service you were seeking.

Also wanted to address this, as I missed it the first go round.

I'm not angry with the providers in this case and I didn't say I was. I was only giving my personal opinion on whether I would recommend the amp or not. As we both noted, my expectations were too high and proper research wasn't done, and that's my fault.

Don’t ever tip up front(sounds like you may have). Only do that for the sure thing where they know what you want and are willing to provide it.
Actually, I have found tipping upfront works quite well as long as you know what services are available and the proper amount to tip. This tells your attendant your expectations without having to actually discuss them. Obviously, you don't want to tip for a service that's not on the menu so do some research first.

Interesting, what do you do if you don’t get what you want?
In my case, this has only happened once because I know what is provided and the usual tip for those services as does the AMP. I was at a spa in Fla and I made a wrong guess about the services provided. I left my tip on the table at the beginning of the session. I requested services which she was unwilling to provide. I enjoyed the massage, picked up my tip and corrected it in front of the masseuse to an amount which was generous for a massage w/ HE and handed it to her. We both knew the tip was too large for HE. She smiled and accepted the correct amount. I can tell you that in many years I have NEVER been ripped off at an AMP. I have been disappointed but they are honest people.

Myself, I count the time shorting as a ripoff. So can’t say the same. I work to reset expectations so it doesn’t happen, and I get what I want. Otherwise rip offs are ultra rare and not tolerated...

I find it's best to take a good long think and consider whether you were actually ripped off or if you made a mistake. I tried to do that before posting this review.

My main reason for trying this amp was that I want to branch out of Philly due to the unpredictability of the situation there. Without going into further detail and skirting towards the political, I think it's easy enough to guess what I mean by that.

I was too hasty picking this place, and again that's on me. Hopefully some more in-depth digging will yield me a good replacement for Saigon that provides the same service as Saigon.

Yeah, that happens for sure. Especially when you are seeing the girl with the best English who is rubbing with one hand and talking to a customer on the phone with the other hand. I will say though that I often have a fair bit of currency in my wallet when I go for a table shower and have never had a problem.
