The other woman you described deals with things when Papasan isn’t around. She lives there, the dog is theirs, there’s a whole family there and while it is very close for me, walking distance in fact it’s been years and years since they had any talent worth noting. After not going for a few years, I went about a year ago, more or less, terrible time. it would be a true utr place if they didn’t run ads on google- not sure if they still do but if you search massage and jc in google maps it used to come up with a link just like any other amp
