First of all, great review.
Second, I understand you feel bothered, with the communication, and verification, but that was basically the routine way for every other establishment unless you know other places that can vouch for you.
As for communication, I believe now that kim knows you are serious she will be more responsive.

I hope your last line turns out to be true. Everyone's been praising her, so I was surprised and disappointed with my first interactions with her. The verification process doesn't bother me much: I've been through similar before, and I know they need to be safe. It's just difficult to lie and write "communication was great" when other new places for me were better recently. Maybe she was just having a bad day with cancellations.

Im not sure if it was Kim who I was communicating with a few weeks ago but the booker was very quick to respond the night before my visit, when I was being verified and made my appointment for 10am the following day. I completely take the blame for being on such a tight schedule since I'm apparently a degenerate seeing a prostitute before work on a Tuesday, but I digress. I'm on the block at 9:55 and texted a few times, no answer, I made a call and was told "we will text you back now" and it was another 15 minutes. Ultimately, it was 20-25 minutes on the street before I was able to come up for a half hour visit. Almost walked.
Again, I acknowledge that being on such a tight schedule trying to bust a nut and still get to my office at a reasonable time is a me problem, but it does leave a sour taste.
