Everyone's tastes are different....but for me personally ivy rates higher than cc...they are both a very good time, but ivy (imo) goes above and beyond with her expanded extensive menu and super willing to please attitude.

Ivy is definitely my pref too. Cici is no slouch is a near perfect spinner but ivy is a born man pleaser!!

I saw a few workers with equipment and plenty of bathroom tiles stacked at the end of the corridor over the weekend. Mms says she hopes it's all done in a week or two, but given the holidays and the need for multiple town inspections might be a bit more than that imo.
