Doesn’t this place have a minimum donation of like 200 for the most basic service, that’s in addition to the house fee ?

have not heard good things about this place. I usually lump them into the same group as that place in Maplewood that advertises all the time on BP (TWC, I think?). Hands On in Hillside is another place I've thought about for latinas and/or non-asians but I think they have better reviews, typically.

Never been to the Maplewood place but do you know what you’re talking about since they advertise everywhere.

Hands On is legit and has much better service/variety. Obviously the overall experience depends on the provider but you wont find any bs with management.
