Joyce is just a really good human being. Years ago I started in Chinatown, met Joyce and was great to me. She has been there for a very long time. I hope she just goes home and waits it out and stays safe. There will be plenty of business come summer.

I mean, she is a nice lady but this definitely seems her MO. She’s BBJ’d and CIM so many loads that self preservation doesn’t seem to be a major concern of hers. Like I said, nice lady but I wouldn’t risk MY health doing anything uncovered with her. Just sayin

I mean in terms of risk/benefit? Like I feel like cops patrolling the streets will notice more easily the non-essential business that are open. Seems like they'll draw a lot more heat.

Even in Flushing, most all of the AMPs have shut down. Even essential workers would rather stay home than go out (i.e. grocery store cashiers at Chinese supermarkets) causing those Chinese supermarkets to close temporarily.
