Agree wholeheartedly. If you try to find out the menu via a phone call or text, they are going to refuse or, worse yet, block you. This is the game they play to suck you in. This way, you drive all the way there, go through all the BS to get into the place she's at, you're are all revved up and then get the upsell. At that point, (in many instances) the little head takes control of your wallet. Only thing we can do is blackball the upsellers (is that a word?).
