Sunny was/never will be a good MMS. Calling her means nothing, as she is not true to her word. Its all about getting you into the place than B&S. I used to drive 90 mins. ea. way because the talent was there a year or 2 ago. So, if I didn't get say Tina, after calling ahead, I'd settle for someone else. Now, with the talent pool slim, I can't see making the long drive to be disappointed. Happy used to pull the same B&S crap when she would fill in for Sue but I digress.

FYI...Last time Anna was there, she told me she was retiring but, I've heard that before lol It sounded like she was just there to fill while she was in town but, I could be wrong.

This is a major deal breaker - I've stopped going to closer places that had no respect for appointments.

As good as the reviews for Tina are, it sounds like it will be far easier to not see her by just not making the trip.

Not everyone.
I was there once and was repulsed by the place. Roaches on the wall, clothes thrown everywhere, mold in the shower.
How you guys keep this place open is mind boggling.

I saw the fattest black spider in the upper corner of the cleaning room when I got up. Nats flying around, I didn’t see roaches but I’m sure they weren’t far. Respect/Dignity I doesn’t seeem to be a priority
