I need to experience an O after 30 day no fap. I struggle with celibacy after day 4 or 5.

No fap benefits include. Better eyesight, joints soreness is gone during and after workouts. More reps during workout,fuller muscles, clearer skin. This is after only 30days. If it does all that, imagine what it's doing I havent noticed yet. The downside is that I really hate women alot more right now. It's also hard to find interest in many things right now. Might just be a phase . 4-5 day mark is when you see the initial testosterone spike, so I see why many struggle at that point. Another 45 day and mature sperm reabsorb into the body. Its supposed to be a holy experience. I never made it that long but this time I'm determined. Any recommendations as to who I should see when it's over? Full or standard service?

Inspiring. I may have to take this journey. As far as who to see after day 45, definitely don’t waste it blowing it into a bag/hat. That’s a load worth seeing.
