Sounds like a great place to go for a 30 minute massage. If the shop does not focus on a decent massage, drop to a 30 minute session and ask the start the session with a nice ST.

This place has been terrible since Amy, Hellen and Scratchy Cigarette Voice have been gone.
Apple looks very nice but always shorts time and the massage isn't even mediocre.
If the HF was just for the HE that would be great but Apple wants top dollar + for the HE and to bare the apples.
Healing Center has gone from a favorite place to a place I don't even give a thought to anymore.

I understand what you're saying and found that several providers, including Apple, are very demanding regarding tips. I remember all of the providers that you mentioned including "Scratchy Cigarette voice" lol! They were all great. I have, however, found some diamonds in the rough since they left. One was Linda, whom I reviewed back in August. And another was DeeDee (I think) who gave an amazing visit but the following visit was just mediocre. It just seems to be hit or miss lately.

I tried that. The first visit I was given a story in broken English about how she had another appointment and she would make it up to me next time. Second visit I realized her game and didn't even bother...

Ok, then you ask for a manager, and tell them you want your money back....that usually stops the game... it’s hard, but it usually fixes the problem.
