Yeah... somehow I was on a text message list for that crew and used to get all the "menu/food reference" texts. I have received a few sporadically lately, but everything on the "menu" was bit too "fattening" for my taste lol
Side note- the "indy" experience was WAY better than the "crew" one. I assume it is due to far less people in a day/more comfortable location or whatever. But previously I would say maybe a 7.... this time was up around 9
OK might also be the whole "surprise I just ran into a hot girl and went back to her apartment" thing too hahaha

Bad location? Provider issue? Care to elaborate?

The building has a doorman and is definitely not "Class A" but there is nothing unsafe about the area or building when I was there.
The apartment on the other hand is like navigating an obstacle course lol and could definitely use a cleaning crew.... other than tripping hazards and paint/plaster falling from the ceiling.
Everyone has their own tolerance / opinion on what is "safe" etc, but personally I felt fine and if anyone has been to the lovely Lear west side spot you can relate to mess and an obstacle course lol
