I had a similar experience here. After calling and being told to come in, I was met by mama at the door. All she said was "busy, come back". That was months ago and I'm still afraid to try again.

for a while it was nicole answering the phone and door who definitely speaks english and shes just all around nice, definitely someone i hope has a good life as weird of a comment as that is to make. It was pretty obvious the one girl working knew what happened and was annoyed... she said are you coming back and when and i said tomorrow (not true) like cause i didn't wanna continue to discuss it and whats the point of saying no but yea frustrating, and truly i think they know more about who we are if we call ahead than we'd like to know, one time i called from a different number and they go "you changed your number?"
