Regarding the language barrier, I simply tell them to vocalize in korean/Chinese. You can play around to see what they say when you're going at them slow vs. fast, passionate vs. raw. Like a musical instrument ...

I never expect the providers to be as hot as the ad suggests so I’m usually happy just so long as I feel that I would turn my head if I saw her walk by on the street and then say to myself
WOW !!! I WANT SOME OF THAT !!!

I had heard that some thought Hera was kinda plain Jane but I her photos represented her very accurately.
So her looks were fine by me.
