There are lots of questions upthread about where to see her. These days she's pretty much full time at Grand street but if you have her number, and she can do it she'll make the trek to Eldridge if you ask nicely.

I have called before. But once you know lady such as Helen, you should txt her directly as she could see you at grand or Eldridge. I hear Eldridge spot is nicer but she’s usually at grand but as CFP said. She is willing to trek over to Eldridge for her customers.

if you do a cold walk in, you may be faced with 4 ladies staring at you hoping you will pick them. They are still very COVID old school. Takes temperature still and make you write something in a ledger. Just write whatever. Seems like super low tech and useless contact tracing.

There is a nice looking lady there it seems but all masked up but body looked nice. I didn’t ask her name as it would create awkward situation if they fight over me. Been there twice recently and I was the only customer the entire time

I went on a Saturday afternoon, pre-Covid. I can't remember the details but from what I can recall, Helen was just finishing up with someone but Coco grabbed me.
