Did the weird oil/lotion smell stay with you after you left ?

I am regular to that place. they mostly use massage oil only. sometimes, they will use lotion per your request. they do use a lot of oil and it won't go away even after you shower. I don't recall any smell on oil but for sure they are not fragrance like oil that use in other spas.

It takes a double lather rinse repeat to get it off, it does

No smell, just a little greasy - which is why I always grab the alcohol spray and hit those problem areas (groin, neck) generously before I hit the bricks.
