Miya is great. Such a kind sweet loving girl. Please, please, please treat her right. She is too kind and innocent for all of this. She learned a good technique from FRS, and started at health spa 2 Monday’s ago, same ownership. Some of the things Miya told me about in regards to other customer’s interactions are very troubling. I almost cried for her the last time we saw one another. See her while you can, I’m not sure how long she is going to stick around in this country.

Complete waste of time. Terrible service and attitude. Went in for 30 minutes and was told I needed to book 60 to stay. Not sure why the empathy being shown here as it certainly isn’t reciprocated. Move on

Never happened to me, but I've been upsold plenty. I know the deal, tho, sometimes I take it if I'm in a good mood, sometimes not.

And not to gripe but, more than once my appointment was surrendered to a walk-in. You can thank that sort of bird-in-the-hand behavior on the no-shows who, IMHO, are worse than the walk-ins.

I like this spot for their price point and solid TM. Miya is a nice girl as well. Not everyone likes these types of spots though I can understand if it’s not what you’re looking for
