good review bro!! I do however know what you mean about the penn station train terminal of people that is Amy’s shops... used to rave about her spots now I’ll drive far to have a more enjoyable experience... Amy is destroying talent like Fiona, Mary and Tiffany and even Nancy... lmao these poor women.. never thought I’d say this but travel 35 mins north to edison or 15 south to Apple..

Just curious. I don't see where you mention that you had an actual appointment? Just that you went in for a 60 min session!
I ask because Mamasan does honor the customers who call for appointments.
So, if you were a walk in, you most likely got/will get bumped to a 30 min or less session if another customer has made an appointment for an exact time.
Its even happen to me a few times, if you can believe that
If you did have an appointment then I am all on board for your comment of there needing to be a window of time between the sessions for the ladies to prep for the next session.
Regardless, you give the review a YES recommendation for the simple fact that, no matter what else happens, as you stated: they get the job done.
IMO: Since this is a site that has a sister site there needs to be more workers available at each location. Like 2 ladies at both locations everyday and mamasan on stand by at one, or the other, or both at a minimum. But, there is a bit of greed in this line of work so that is always an issue.
