That is more typical than we would like. I've been to places that while I was dressing, the provider folded up the used towel and put back on the table for the next customer. I tend to not return to these places, and I'll mention it in my review.

I'm sure its the case at a lot of places. I try not to think about it, but if I saw it in action I would most likely be crossing that location off my list for any future visits
