I was there this weekend and overheard a pissed of customer saying that he wanted to talk to the owner because his masseuse was terrible lol, apparently his masseuse rubbed his back like she was putting on suntan lotion for the entire session. Customer kept asking mmmsn if the lady was new because she didn’t know what she was doing but mmmsn wouldn’t answer. I heard him say that he wanted his money back and she tried to keep it but I think he got it all back. Seems like mmmsn is using bad girls to give bad service now. I’d stay away but it was hilarious.

Well that is the experience don’t you think? I mean it’s not every day that you stumble across a screaming pissed off customer at least I don’t so yeah, that was my experience. But, since you asked for more, I’d add that she spent a chunk of the session apologizing for the angry customer and trying on convincing me to ignore.

After the many negative comments you've made about the place/mms/owner, telling guys to stay away, and even slamming those making any comment other than a negative one, it's surprising that you would grace the premises with your presence. Seems like just an opportunity to slam again, if you event went, and keep your vendetta going. I guess whatever floats your boat, big guy.

Thanks for following me, I suppose we all have an agenda, yours seems to be to present your superior opinion and not much else in the way of actual reviews. You may not like it but I’ll keep providing truthful reviews for this audience see and digest in their own way and not through your self appointed filter. Since we’re providing advice to each other, I’ll offer you one, have some faith in your fellow mongers to form their own opinion and just provide objective reviews so they have as much ammo that’s available for a safe experience. You can keep reviewing me. Good for you, you get the last word.

I’ve been to H&L many times, more typically for the grooming not for the other services.I would consider myself a regular and they know me as well.

With all that being said—I can definitely see a customer getting angry. In my opinion there is some inconsistency in quality of services offered. There would be times where I would get the most amazing massages, goes the full hour, there’s 2 attendants, and pm. Like everything is top notch.

And other times where I barely get the 30min, try to rush me out, no pm, lackluster massage as if they were only applying sun tan lotion at the beach and only 1 girl. Or they would start with one girl and end with another girl and try to double the tip which I think is sketchy and shady in their part. They’ve tried to not shave before and so I would always mention it before anything starts that I need the shave haha.

My point is that they are somewhat inconsistent. I can definitely understand why some have a negative view and can definitely imagine a customer getting angry but also why other might be reluctant to believe that it’s not a great option. Their inconsistency isn’t crazy but there IS inconsistency.

Overall I still go from time to time because they are different than you’re average place.

I typically call first. June is the owner and know me by name. I give her a time that I'm arriving, and specifically ask for grooming. They always oblige. The last time I went I asked if I could be waited on by 2 attendants, including her, she said fine, and obliged very nicely. Depending on the woman working with June, the level of service above the grooming can vary somewhat, but I always leave satisfied, and the place is a bargain compared to other AMPs, IMO.

Agreed. Someone has a history of spamming threads with negative comments about this place. Clearly, someone has a grudge. I have been there before and found the original review accurate. Not amazing but not terrible.
