The rate is pretty much the same anywhere you go in the burbs.

Standard HF + market rate tip (I'll caveat it that way since some guys can be super generous) is anywhere between $2.0-$2.2. Not sure what difference you've seen out there unless you're hitting up Classy or independents. But your standard AMP should be in that range.
