It's an interesting observation and I'd bet your Force reference is more spot on than any of us imagine. Angela is amazing at reading her clients individually, but I think she also reads them as a general unit as well. I once asked her how many of her clients like PM, expecting a number like 30%. She said 80%, which was a total surprise. IMO her PM game started as just one of her tricks, but more & more clients really enjoyed it (count me in) and encouraged her to do it more thus the overall shift in her making it a main aspect of her repertoire. You can also blame me as I've encouraged her to go in the opposite direction and be more aggressive with her PM. And as far as the use of the Force during PM ... was there ever a more appropriate quote than this?
